To place an order with us, please check our ecrater website to see if what you are looking for is on there. Those items can be ordered online, thru Paypal, with your credit card. Appropriate shipping will be added to your invoice when you pay. We are updating it as often as we can and adding items, so please bear with us!
If you don't find your item there, email us with your items and we will let you know totals so you can decide how to pay.

Shipping Info
Shipping charges are per address shipped to, therefore, if you want your order sent to two different places, you will be charged 2 shipping charges. If you want your order sent to one address, you will only be charged one shipping charge.
Please include appropriate shipping costs with your order. Don't forget to include this, as it will affect your order being shipped promptly. Shipping can take as long as 1-2 weeks during the summer, due to the nature of the business. Off season we can generally ship things out in just 24 hours, but are still subject to out of stocks. Items can run out of stock during the games season much faster than during the rest of the year. Please call us for information on availability.

Product Returns
We will gladly replace any defective merchandise purchased either thru the mail or in the booth at a festival. Please notify us as soon as possible. We can no longer take responsibility for
CD jewel cases damaged in shipping. Unfortunately it happens all the time. If you receive an
item that has a cracked case, empty cases are available at most stores that sell music or appliances. We try to pack your orders to protect them from breakage, but we cannot control what the Post Office puts on top of the packages. If the CD itself is damaged, then by all means return it to us for a replacement or refund. We do not refund shipping costs
As of January 15, 2003, any CD's or videos returned that are not defective, MUST still have the factory seal on the product. With the rise in CD copying, we are unable to refund any merchandise that is not still sealed. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us before purchasing. We do our best to assist you in selecting appropriate recordings and are not able to refund merchandise just because you don't like it. We do not refund for broken jewel cases as this may have occurred after it left our hands. If the CD itself is broken, please contact us.
